RHS Photo will provide printing services to you, the Customer, at these described prices-
4 x 6 $0.80 each
5 x 7 $2.75 each
8 x 10 $8.00 each
11 x 14 $12.00 each
12 x 18 $14.00 each
Shipping will be extra.

Special requests to photos such as scar/tattoo removals, touchups and so forth are extra at our discretion. Prices will vary and we can quote you over the phone or via Email.

Customer “Back Out” (decline previously agreed upon services)
Due to printing guidelines and work orders, RHS Photo assumes no liability or damages to the Customer in a “back out” decision other than the refund of printing deposits if the photo printing has not yet occurred at the time of customer notice. If printing has occurred in a “back out” decision at the time of Customer notice, then the deposit will be put towards half the order at our discretion and the partial order will be delivered (minus shipping costs) to the Customer. Notification of a “back out” can be done in writing, Email, or by phone. The date of mail receipt, and/or Email delivery, and/or voice mail will mark the “back out” notification time by the Customer. Every effort will be made to check and verify the Customer’s order prior to printing. If a “back out” decision is made by the Customer prior to photo printing, then RHS Photo will refund any printing deposits.

Satisfaction Guarantee
RHS Photo will replace your photo(s) with a replacement photo(s) of same size and quantity upon receipt of the original unsatisfied photo(s) mailed back to us at the Customer’s expense (for mail orders- the returned photograph should be mailed in reasonable packaging to protect it with a separate description for it’s return. A damaged photograph, by the Customer or due to shipping, voids this guarantee at our discretion). A destroyed or marked photograph by the Customer voids this guarantee. This guarantee covers replacement of photograph(s) due to color, finish, and enlargement size errors by us. This does not cover shipping damage, image content, print size customer error, print finish customer error, print file name customer error, or printing number customer error. Every reasonable effort will be made to protect your photographs for shipping, and insurance will be taken on the parcel. The Customer assumes all inherent risks involved with shipping printed images. If images are ruined by shipping (at our discretion) then the shipping insurance will be applied towards reprinting the shipped order upon return of damaged order at Customers expense. The Customer is responsible for any additional funds not covered by the shipping insurance. The Customer has the ability to preview their images electronically via supplied media (CD or DVD) as well as on the RHS Photo website. The Customer is therefore responsible for the selection of their images which includes but is not limited to: content, facial expressions, situations, persons, makeup, clothing, backgrounds, foregrounds, personal appearances, physical conditions, medical conditions, & time of day.

Customer “Change of Mind” (continue with services with revisions to printing order)
This guarantee does not cover “change of mind” of photographs with example to, but not limited to: print size, printing quantity, print finish, and print files and/or typographical errors; once the printing has occurred. Notification of “Change of Mind” can be done in writing, Email, or by phone. The date of mail receipt, and/or Email delivery, and/or voice mail will mark the “Change of Mind” notification time by the Customer. In these situations, a new printing batch will have to be created starting the order process from the beginning including deposits and shipping costs. A copy of your order, generated by this online form, will be sent back to you for your approval. Your approval, and your deposit signify your agreement to these terms of service by RHS Photo. If a “Change of Mind” does occur past our printing of your images, and the Customer wishes to decline the order “Back Out”, RHS Photo is only responsible for half of the order at our discretion minus shipping costs to the Customer but not the return of the printing deposit.

RHS Photo does not assume any additional liability by printing Customer images other than what is listed in these terms. RHS Photo does not assume any damages due to printing errors, image content, and shipping other than what is listed in these terms. RHS Photo will absolutely not knowingly print, photograph, distribute, or display any images of minors with questionable materials. RHS Photo holds the highest regards to the rights of photographed individuals and their rights to privacy. RHS Photo can use Customer images for promotional, advertising, and/or contests and RHS Photo retains the copy write privileges to all images taken by RHS Photo and by its affiliates. In the event that RHS Photo is requested to print an image from third parties, RHS Photo only assumes the liabilities and guarantees as outlined in these terms of agreement. The third party is responsible for any liabilities and damages due to content or possession of third party images and frees RHS Photo from any responsibility. By checking the box marked “I/We Agree” you are in complete agreement with these terms of service from RHS Photo having understood the aforementioned terms without any omissions or changes.
